- It is all about VW buses, vanlife, camping and community.
- The gathering takes place on the camping meadow of Betzenstein campsite.
- It is not a festival, not a club and not a commercial event.
- The organisation grows out of passion for VW buses and time together.
- Everyone is responsible for themselves.
- Please be considerate of the campsite, other guests, nature and people around you.
- Camping booking and payment go directly through the campsite.

How the gathering goes
There is no fixed festival programme. The gathering lives from arriving, getting to know each other, sitting together, chatting, looking at buses and a relaxed time on the campsite.

Watching football together during the World Cup is a planned idea, if it works out organisationally.

Several topics around infrastructure and supply are being coordinated or developed with the campsite operator.

Some of these points are still being coordinated or planned and are not yet finally confirmed in every detail.
Food & drinks
The Bullitreffen Betzenstein is a gathering of self-caterers. Most guests bring their own food and enjoy the time together right next to the bus – grilling, cooking or simply sitting together.
If you'd like to be spoiled for once, or you just don't feel like cooking yourself, you're welcome to visit the Felsenstüberl on the campsite. The campsite operator serves food and drinks there.
